Why EnergyBreakthrough!?
Love makes the world go round!
Well, maybe! But, then energy makes everything else go
round! It is in all the feet that walk, hands that clap and wheels that
turn! It is in all smiles and all the tears of our nation. It is in the
water that runs, the sun that shines - the cold of winter, the heat of
summer. It is the music and the silence. We say that we feel it but what
is it? Where does it come from and where does it go? What is this thing
that drives our lives and shapes our world?
To perceive it we need it. It is neither created nor
destroyed. Everything it touches is changed. If we have it we thrive and
then in thriving we are touched by the cold grey shadow of waste and need
creeping closer. Energy, like a wild untamed horse carries us forward - an
exhilarating ride into the unknown, a cold hard place that closes round.
We must feed our horse and understand it well if we are to ride further.
Of course, we don’t ride horses much anymore! In latter
years we’ve swapped the pulse of flesh and blood for the rumbling
heartbeat
of iron and oil. In our days we can travel a hundred miles before lunch
time, erect a thousand skyscrapers before our middle years and fight ten
thousand wars before we age and grow wise.
Is it that our world goes round more slowly?
We need an EnergyBreakthrough! Not just more of the
same! A breakthrough! A real transformation! Something that puts us in
touch with energy - that helps us understand it, feel it, tame it, live
with it!
A breakthrough that lasts, sustains, renews! That eases
today and builds for tomorrow. A breakthrough that empowers, pacifies and
nourishes. A breakthrough that our children will live with and love us
more for it. We must become seekers of this breakthrough. It is elusive -
difficult to find and hard to catch.
